Information pursuant to Article 13 GDPR

2. Website access and hosting
When you access the site, your IP address, time of access, requested page, browser and device data are processed to deliver and protect the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The site is provided through Tilda Publishing. Information on Tilda’s processing: tilda.cc/privacy.
3. Language selection
Your chosen language is stored in your browser’s local storage under “nomad-language” so it can be shown on your next visit. You can delete this entry in your browser settings. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; access to your device supports the language function you explicitly selected (Section 25(2) TDDDG).
4. Fonts
The current page code loads “Manrope” from Google Fonts. Your browser may transmit technical data, including your IP address, to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and possibly to Google LLC in the United States. Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Email contact
If you email us, we process your address and message to respond (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries; otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use Google Workspace. Data is deleted when no longer needed, subject to statutory retention duties. Processing in the United States may occur. Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.
6. External links
Some links lead to external demo websites. You visit them only when you click a link; the respective operator’s privacy information then applies.
7. Cookies and statistics
The Nomad Media page code contains no web analytics or contact form. Tilda may use cookies for internal statistics. Non-essential cookies and services require prior consent; alternatively Tilda’s simplified statistics mode can be used without statistics cookies.
8. Forms and payment
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel are currently not connected. Contact is by email. Online payment is not yet enabled; templates can currently only be requested. Information on the selected payment provider will be added before checkout is enabled.
9. Your rights
Subject to GDPR requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can withdraw consent for the future and complain to a data protection authority. Contact: info@nomad-medianext.de.
